Please download one entry form for each contestant, complete and mail with payment to WFA #4, P.O. Box 876, Mills, WY 82644.  It must be received by July 7, 2025 to avoid $5 late fee per category entered.
You can download the entry form and follow instructions on the entry form for payment.
NOTE:  On the entry form in the last paragraph (in red) it should read "or" instead of "of".
